Welcome to Gospel Advancement

Gary Stover

Gospel Advancement Director

Gospel Advancement was developed in 2022 to align our church’s vision for local and global missions, church planting, and outreach. Gospel Advancement encompasses local outreach through our community center, LV Reach. It is also inclusive of international short-term mission trips, support for missionaries on the field, and our Awaken Discipleship and Training Center in La Gloria, Mexico, designated to equip church planters. Our purpose is to impact our community and the world through the furtherance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Gospel Advancement Ministries

LV Reach

LV Reach is a community resource center for the purpose of helping and healing our inner cities of Las Vegas through educational, medical, legal, and nutritional assistance.

Our missions ministry offers short-term mission trips, trains missionaries, and supports mission work all over the world.

Church Planting

Awaken Las Vegas will soon offer a program called Church Planting Collective which is a 12-week series of classes, once-a-week geared toward those who are seeking God’s will for their life. Prospective church planting team members can then apply for the “Experience” which is a 7-month internship, which gives a first-hand opportunity to be a part of church planting. “Launch” is for the person ready to be sent out as a church planter. This program is also utilized in all of the areas we are working in worldwide.

Awaken Discipleship and Training Center

Awaken Discipleship and Training Center is a missions and church planting center based in La Gloria, Tijuana, Mexico that focuses on four ministries: church planting (Collective), internships (Vástagos), short-term missions teams (Bridges) and an after-school ministry for local kids (Niños del Rey).
