The theme this year for our Awaken Las Vegas’ Women’s Christmas Event is “Wonder,” taken from Psalm 40:5, “Many, Lord…are your wonders…none can compare with You!” Someone said, “The past is full of His miracles (wondrous deeds), the future full of his plans!”
Do you remember the last time you were awestruck by God? The last time His creation or something He did in your life literally made you gasp? Are you in awe, amazement, & wonder for the One whose name IS Wonderful? This Christmas Event we want to have a time together to do just that!
As in the years past, we will start our event with a social hour which will include catered appetizers, desserts, photo booths, & coffee from Beyond. This year we are also excited to include a horse drawn carriage and a Christmas Gift Boutique. Following the social hour, we will have special music from our guest, Lydia Ingegneri and a word of encouragement with one of our favorite teacher’s Janie Alfred. This will be a special evening for us to express our awe and wonder to the One who is Wonderful! This season let’s make the decision to prioritize seeing Him and worshipping Him for the multitude and magnitude of all He is and has done for us.
