Becoming Family This Summer
Summer at Awaken is more than a calendar of events — it’s a season for us to gather as family, grow in our faith, and create space for people across our city to encounter Jesus.
From powerful nights of worship and prayer to investing into our NOW gen and celebrating together as a community, we believe God is going to move in incredible ways this summer.

Worship Night
June 7 at 6pm
Join us for a powerful night of worship, prayer, and baptisms as we lift up the name of Jesus and give Him our wholehearted worship.
This will be a special night for our church family to seek the Lord together, celebrate life change through baptisms, and spend intentional time in the presence of God through worship and prayer.
VBS: The Sweet Lab

This summer, kids are stepping into The Sweet Lab, where they’ll discover the goodness of God and that life in the Spirit is vibrant, alive, and meant to be experienced. Through engaging Bible adventures, energetic worship, and hands-on fun, kids will learn what it means to walk with the Spirit.
250: One Nation Under God
We’re celebrating 250 years of our nation with one of the biggest nights in the life of our church
250: One Nation Under God is a fun, family-filled night out on our field featuring live music, worship, food trucks, games, water activities for kids, a car show, and more.
Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and the whole family as we gather for an evening of community, faith, freedom, and gratitude for God’s faithfulness. Kids planning to enjoy the water activities are encouraged to bring a change of clothes.
